Join Naomi Jones E-RYT500 for Yoga for Living Well 4 Week Class Series. This course invites those who wish to start or continue eastern wellness principles into their lives for more harmony and contentment.

Students will practice beginner friendly yoga styles such as gentle yoga, yin, restorative yoga and yoga nidra (sleep meditation). Naomi will teach breath work techniques to begin to use in your daily life for stress reduction. Students will learn and practice meditation techniques in concentration, visualisation and imagery which can produce a state of mental relaxation.

During each session there will be a theme that relates to a life well lived and how to begin to bring this more into your everyday experience.

Take this time to come back into center. You deserve good things.

All the yoga props are provided. Tea served each session.

COVID protocol: Please wear a mask into the studio, it may be remove the when on your mat space. Mats are spaced 6 ft apart. 6 student max.

Yoga Teachers receive 6 CEU with Yoga Alliance.
