Meditation provides vast benefits to everyday life such as inner resilience, positive changes in perspective, decreased stress levels and much more. During this immersion you will learn how to begin to meditate, philosophy and history of popular meditation practices, practical instruction on multiple techniques, how to create an intention around the will to meditate, how to overcome obstacles that prevent meditation, and group support and accountability.
Experience multiple meditation techniques specializing in Yoga Nidra, Vipassana, Zazen and Tantric techniques. Work with experienced meditation teachers in a supportive, positive and comfortable environment. In person experience. All meditation props provided. Tea and light snacks served at each session.
Continue after the in-person meditation immersion with a 14 day group meditation accountability challenge. Put the tools learned to use immediately with support and accountability. Create a positive new habit for 2021. Meditation as part of your daily activities.
